So what do our customers really think?

a) I want it to do my Christmas shopping for me, with no input from me!
b) I want it to send all my Christmas cards for me, real handwritten
ones; again, no input from me!
c) I would like it to change my bed, wash and iron my 400 thread count
pure Egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases and fold them into the
airing cupboard ready for next time!
d) A car valeting service and meals on wheels would be good!

Is this getting too stupid for words? I don’t see why; I have been
struggling with storing my phone records safely and transferring them
between phones seamlessly since 1994!

Until now, the very idea of having a FREE service that backs up my
phone records AND downloads them to my new phone, (rather than just SIM
backup) AND allows me to update them on the system without having to
file my nails to a sharp point to get to the miniscule keys on my phone;
all of this was just a pipe dream unless you had a Sony Ericsson phone
that integrated with MS Outlook, or a Non-Orange Nokia so that the Nokia
PC Suite works.

On top of all of that, it is available anywhere in the world, it is
free, it does exactly what it says on the tin, it is easy-peasy to use
(assuming you can read) and did I mention that it is free, with amazing
help available instantly!

If you guys can sort out my phone needs, you could do ANYTHING! Just put
your minds to it.
